Nami Table
Nami Table
The Nami Table draws on the spirit of freedom that defines earlier works like the Wonkies and The Folding Coffee Table, marking a shift within the studio to embrace more free-form and organic shapes. The piece features subtle irregularities and dynamic gestures created through the studio’s hand-built extrusion machines. The process is a conversation between man and machine: the mechanical force of extrusion establishes structure, while deliberate interventions by hand shape its distinctive character. Named after the Japanese word for "wave," the table highlights a fluid, undulating tabletop that brings a dynamic, organic energy to the design, resulting in a sculptural statement piece.
